Commonwealth 4BR Home- heated pool & sauna, 1mile to beach

We are very blessed and since our home isn't on ground level the hurricanes didn’t affect us. We are able to take bookings, our calendar is updated. The beach is gorgeous. Most restaurants are open and the village is back to normal! We are ready for our guests.

The entire home has the Florida beach charm you are looking for. The top floor is the Main bedroom has a California King bed with a full bathroom and beautiful porch to relax. On the porch of the primary bedroom we have an infrared sauna with Ozone disinfecting. Also on the top floor you will find another bedroom with a full bed & its own private full bathroom as well. 2nd floor will be two bedrooms that share a full bath. One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and its own covered porch. The other bedroom has two twin beds. All bedroom have a TV as well with all the streaming channels such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney, ect. The main floor will be the kitchen, laundry room, dining and living area with a half bath. Large sliding glass doors open up to the outdoor dining area & pool. Beach chairs, cooler, beach buggy & Beach towels are provided. A pack-n-play and highchair is at the home too!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
